The complete three hour box set of the 'insomnolence' triptych by Andy Fosberry.
Released originally throughout the month of May (2019) on his own Bandcamp page, the collection of hour-long ambient pieces is available to stream and download here as an album.

Of the original concept, this:
"At different points in my life, I have suffered from insomnia. Maybe we all have. In 2017, I lived in the heart of the city for a year. Whilst there, sleep could often be evasive. It was at this time that I began using ambient music as a sleep aid. It was always on my TV, with something from youtube playing unhindered. Most of the time it was Blade Runner soundtrack pieces slowed down hundreds of times to pure tones.
Space ambient.
And it worked. It worked every time.
So, I wanted to bring something of my own for others to use. To sleep, to study, to stop, to be in a moment. My 'insomnolence' series".
